-- First, we customized a detailed process plan according to the customer's production needs. The chief engineer came to Guangzhou personally to communicate with the customer and explain, 

from the smallest transition hopper to the largest instantaneous sterilizer, from cleaning and conveying to crushing and pressing, 

introducing in detail the use of each piece of equipment and showing the effect of its application in previous projects one by one.

-- In addition, the chief engineer and the customer jointly evaluated the finished products of similar projects in the past, 

analyzed the difference between the equipment used for pear juice and cloudy juice and the taste of the finished products, further optimized the process flow according to the production demand, 

and ensured that the processing technology of pear juice concentrate production line met the customer's demand.

Regarding the limited space in the production workshop, according to the data provided by the customer, the engineer will do a good job in the design stage of the production layout, 

determine the height of the high level tank discharge port, placement position, cleaning method, reflux control method, drainage port position, operation space, personnel flow channel, 

and equipment maintenance space.

-- After the equipment manufacturing is completed, we will assemble and debug in the workshop first to ensure the whole line of pear juice concentrate runs smoothly in the customer's site.

PROJECT FOLLOW-UP

This automated pear juice concentrate production line was officially put into production on November 4, 2022. During the period, in order to make up for the customer's shortcomings in technology, 

Chase's installation team participated in the whole production process, testing water twice and materials once, guiding the workers on site to operate each machine skillfully, 

and the customer expressed high recognition of Chengxun's one-stop service.

Now, the first batch of 2L pear juice concentrate has been marketed, and the customer's feedback is that the quality of the equipment and the taste of the finished product meet the demand.
