First, the raw material enters the drum debris removal machine, in which the debris such as leaves and gravel are removed. 

The clean material are transported out continuously and the first washing is completed.

Then, the second washing is done by the bubble washer. It highly imitates manual scrubbing to ensure clean peel and no harm.

Then, the screw conveyor conveys the clean fruits to the hammer-type crusher.

Then, the crusher crushes the raw fruits and vegetables into small  particles for next processes.
