UHT sterilization is a process used in fresh milk and beverage processing to meet commercial aseptic requirements
and is characterized by a short sterilization time and better preservation of the color and flavor of the material.
After sterilization and filling into aseptic packaging, the product does not require low temperature storage and has a shelf life of 6-18 months.
The capacity of a UHT sterilizer can be 1 to 10 tons per hour and can be connected to aseptic bag cold filling or other hot filling types.
