Fresh, moderately mature coconut pulp is used as raw material, which is pressed to make coconut pulp, 

and modulated with appropriate amount of water, sugar and other ingredients to make a milky product.

Characteristics of the equipment

● It can produce coconut juice, coconut milk and coconut drinks, etc.

● Processing capacity can be designed as from 1T/H to 10T/H.

● Belt press is used for coconut juicing process, compared with other juicing equipment, the juice yield is increased.

● Equipped with waste water collection and conveying system to keep the production workshop hygienic and clean.

● Aseptic cold filling is available, with the capacity of 2-1000L set as required, and can be stored at room temperature after packing, divided or transferred.

● CIP automatic cleaning system to ensure the production hygiene without dead ends.
