Equipment Introduction
UHT sterlizer adopts the technology of Ultra-high temperature sterilization,
which is a process for fresh milk and beverage processing, to meet the commercial asepsis requirements.
UHT sterilization is characterized by short sterilization time and better preservation of the color and flavor of the material
After sterilization and filling into aseptic packages, the product does not need to be stored at low temperature, and the shelf life can be up to 6-18 months.
The production capacity of UHT sterilizer produced by Shanghai CHASE is 1-10t /h, and the typical sterilization temperature is 90-140℃.
Process principle
Ultra-high temperature tube sterilizer heats the material flowing in the pipe through hot water.
The material is heated through the pipe to the required sterilization temperature in a continuous flow state,
and kept at this temperature for a certain time to reach the commercial asepsis level. Then it is filled in the asepsis filling machine in asepsis environment.
The whole sterilization process is completed instantaneously at high temperature, killing microorganisms and buds that can cause material decay and deterioration,
and greatly preserving the original flavor and nutrition of the food.
