Mango destoner is a new type of nucleating and separating beater designed by Shanghai Chase for core fruits. Nucleating and beating technology and product quality are of international leading level.
In the control cabinet, the motor rotation speed can be adjusted according to the requirements to adapt to the processing of different fruits.
Equipment Introduction
Fruit Destoner is especially suitable for mango, passion fruit, luo han fruit, peach, apricot and other hard skin, hard core fruit.
The equipment can be used to separate and process the core and flesh separately, and is often used in the production line for the deep processing of hard core fruits.
Process principle
The material in the core machine in the main chamber after running centrifugal, is broken into particles discharged from the screen hole, the seeds and skin residue in the fruit discharged from the discharge mouth,
complete the pulping process. Screen hole size can be customized according to process requirements.
In addition, the Fruit Destoner provided by Shanghai Chase can complete the separation of skin dregs and seed juice, as well as the separation of skin dregs and seed juice.
Passion fruit, for example, can realize juice seed integration or juice seed separation two processes.
