500KG/H Tomato Paste Processing Line - Inner Mongolia, China 2019

CUSTOMER REQUEST 

This small scale tomato processing line, was custom designed in December 2019 by Shanghai Chase for production. The customer's objective is very clear: 

to put into production a tomato deep processing line with a stable capacity of 500KG/H in March 2020 in the local area of Inner Mongolia.

CUSTOMER PAIN POINT 

Currently the client's main business is the sale of deeply processed tomato products. The reason for setting up a tomato processing line with its own production 

and sales is that the capacity of the original OEM plant is unstable and can no longer meet the product quality requirements. In addition, one production line can produce two products simultaneously: 

tomato paste and canned tomatoes.

CHASE SOLUTION 

In response to the customer's needs, Chase's team customized a small tomato paste and tomato canning line:

Compatible production, tomato processing line processing products include: tomato juice and tomato cans.

The production capacity is set at 500KG/H and the final product is packaged in 300ml glass bottles. 

The equipment size is customized according to the 500m2 workshop to ensure that the tomato processing line is reasonably placed and runs smoothly.

The whole set of equipment is designed and manufactured by Shanghai Chase's engineer team and production team,

and the spare parts of the equipment are adopted from the world and domestic first-line brands on time, so the production line has high stability and low failure rate.

Equipment to truly achieve energy saving, low energy consumption, such as tube sterilizer, unique heat recovery design, heat recovery up to 90%.

Advanced technology to ensure high output rate: up to 97% juice yield.

Intelligent PLC control system with data recording function, which can monitor and trace the production process.

Perfect on-site start-up and operator training mechanism, Shanghai Chase has a professional installation and training team, which can provide technical support at any time.

PROJECT FOLLOW-UP 

Two months after the small tomato processing line went into operation, Shanghai Chase received feedback from the customer: 

stable production capacity, smooth operation of the equipment, and rich taste of the finished products produced.
