Equipment Introduction
The Tubular Pasteurizer is widely used in the automatic sterilizing filling system of fluid food. It can adapt to a wide range of product viscosity, and can adapt to fiber and particle.
It is widely used in the sterilization of milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, condiments, beer, cream, ice cream, egg products and other products.
Process principle
the material is sent into the stainless steel heating tube with a high pressure pump, and the steam is passed into the outer space of the tube to heat the material flowing in the tube,
and the material is turned into the product after reaching the temperature and retention time required for sterilization after several rounds in the tube.
If the requirements are not met, the reflux pipe is reflow for sterilization.

Characteristics of the equipment
1. The inner pipe of the material is made of 316 material, which is more resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and durable. Other pipe fittings are made of 304 material.
2. The heat exchange area is 20~40% higher than the sterilizer on the market → the material is heated more evenly, the temperature control is more stable and the sterilization is more thorough.
3. The main body turning connection adopts flange with steam protection. Ensure that the material is always in a sterile state during the sterilization cooling process. Prevent bag explosion.
4. Add insulation layer separately in the heating section and insulation section pipeline to reduce steam consumption, more energy saving and beautiful appearance.
5. Can realize 25℃~40℃ cold filling → lower filling temperature, more can maintain the color and flavor of the material, but also make the material vitamin preservation better.
6. Independent heat recovery function to save energy and reduce operation cost.
