Characteristics of the equipment

Mixing equipment

- When working, hot water is passed through the high shear dissolving tank, and all ingredients are put into the tank according to the formula proportion after weighing, 

and then the material is dissolved by rotating the high shear tank and high-speed agitator. 

- After all ingredients are dissolved, the pump is put into the double filter to separate solids, and then the mixing tank is added.

Tubular Sterilizer

Tube sterilization machine, can be continuous to complete the material heating sterilization and cooling function, 

but also on the material sterilization temperature, time and other important technical parameters for adjustment, according to the material requirements for non-standard design.

Filling line and pasteurization
