In 2021, a large mango processing enterprise from Zhanjiang, Guangxi province plans to build a Mango Pulp Production Line with an output of 6T/H.
It requires that fresh mango be processed into raw pulp, and sterile bags are used for filling, storage and transportation.
Filling specifications are 20L and 220L respectively.
CUSTOMER PAIN POINT
- Freshly picked mangoes have a lot of skin dirt, and incomplete cleaning may affect the taste and color of finished products
- When the original pulping equipment is in operation, there are problems such as insufficient pulping strength, low yield of juice and poor slag discharge.
- The plant has been built. However, space is limited and it is not sure whether the production equipment can be fully clothed in.
- Expect to reduce and alleviate manpower operations and save management and labor costs
CHASE SOLUTION
In response to the problems raised by the customer, our company held a special meeting on project design, and after discussing and analyzing with the customer, the specific plan is as follows.
- In the cleaning stage of fresh fruits, the patented cleaning & filtering equipment developed and produced by Shanghai Chase is added, imitating manual scrubbing,
which can thoroughly clean the fruit skin without damaging the flesh.
- The customer mailed the local mangoes to Chase factory for pulp test, and the result proved that the high capacity and high efficiency peeling
and pulp removal machine produced by Chase in Shanghai far exceeded the customer's expectation, and the pulp was more thorough.
- Based on the plant plan provided by the customer, Chase engineers customize the size of the equipment on the basis of the equipment parameters to
fully meet the production volume and maximize the space utilization,which not only ensures the normal operation of the equipment,
but also optimizes the process connection and can effectively shorten the manual operation time.
- Multi-point setting of pneumatic switch and program control, reducing manual operation
In addition,Shanghai Chase's patented product-Aseptic Filling Machine uses steam jet method to sterilize the bag opening and filling chamber.
Sterilization of aseptic bag opening, opening, filling and sealing are all done under aseptic environment, ensuring that the filling chamber is always in aseptic condition.
The whole machine is made of high quality 304 material, and the pipeline layout is reasonable without dead ends. The material after filling can be kept at room temperature for more than one year,
which can save the cost and risk of low-temperature refrigerated transportation.
