Uganda has a wide variety of native fruits, especially mangoes, which are not only widely grown but also particularly productive. Therefore, through further processing of mango, 

customers can solve the problem of unsalable fresh fruit, and also improve the local employment rate and economic level. The problem is that the finished product cannot be refrigerated 

or transported in the cold chain due to the limited cost.

CHASE SOLUTION

As the mango pulp concerned by customers can not be stored at normal temperature, Shanghai Chase aseptic bag filling machine, its aseptic packaging technology is a new technology that fills and seals the mouth of the bag, 

the juice to be packed and the auxiliary materials to be packed under aseptic conditions, specially designed for large volume filling.

Mango pulp is sterilized by UHT equipment and then transported to aseptic space through closed pipes for filling to ensure that the entire filling process meets the aseptic requirements 

and the microorganisms in the products are controlled within the allowed range (i.e. commercial asepsis). Aseptic bag is made of aluminum-plastic composite multilayer bag, 

which can effectively isolate sunlight and oxygen and ensure product quality to the greatest extent.

Under natural conditions can be stored for 12-18 months, 8-10 months do not change the taste, greatly save transportation, refrigeration and a series of costs, improve the quality of food storage

PROJECT FOLLOW-UP

After the aseptic bag filling machine was put into operation, the customer provided us with feedback on the production results: the output was stable, and the filling accuracy was as high as 99.5%.
