Shanghai Chase can customize a complete set of mango processing production lines for customer within 60-90 working days according to customer's production requests. The materials in direct contact with processing products in each equipment are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Production capacity can be flexibly set to 2-20T/H, processing technology includes:

Packaging form

- Concentrated mango pulp/puree packed in sterile bags.

- Non-concentrated mango pulp/puree packed in sterile bag-in-drum, boxes and sachets

- Mixed mango juice in PET/ glass bottles, small tin cans, Tetra Pak packages, cartons or other small containers.

- NFC mango juice packed in PET/ glass bottles and sterile cartons.

- Dried mangoes in bags or jars.
