Mango Washing and Sorting
1. A mango juice processing plant starts from washing. Choose fresh mango that is fully mature, fresh, rich in juice, and free of diseases and insect pests. Those with insufficient maturity should be post-ripened.
2. After selecting the raw mango materials, rinse with clean water to remove the hairs. After cleaning, rinse with a detergent solution to remove residual pesticides, rinse with clean water.
3. In order to guarantee the best quality of the final products, rotten and unripe fruits must be discarded. Chase universal sorting line allows to efficiently inspect the mango, by making them slowly rotate on a roller belt conveyor under the sight of the operators.

Mango Chopping and Refining
1. Destoning is one of the most important processes in mango fruit juice processing. The mango destoning machine fitted for the treatment of mango. It has a capacity of from 1-3T/H (small scale mango juice processing) up to 3-5 Tons/H (medium scale mango juice processing) of fresh mango and it is capable of processing also hard and large fruits without severe losses in yield.
2. In order to separate the pulp and peel perfectly, chase uses highly sophisticated pulp machines, refiners and turbo extractors. The machine can be equipped with a frequency converter and inert gas injection device suitable for speed regulation to protect the product from oxidation.
3. Rotated speed can go as 1470r/min, which generates a large centrifugal force and helps increase the mango juice yield. Every blade goes through a dynamic balance test, with the feature of lower noise and smoother operation.

Juice Blending and Degassing
1. In the mango juice production process, the processed mango pulp needs to be blended to be standardized to increase the flavor. Sugar, citric acid and L-ascorbic acid can be added when blending.
2. Homogenization is to split the suspended pulp particles of the mango juice into smaller particles and evenly disperse them in the juice to increase the stability of the mango juice and prevent delamination. The method of homogenization is to pass the coarsely filtered juice through a high-pressure homogenizer, so that the pulp particles and colloidal substances in the juice pass through small holes with a diameter of 0.002-0.003 mm under high pressure to become finer particles..
3. In addition, colloid mills can be used for homogenization. When the mango juice flows through the slit with a gap of 0.05-0.075 mm in the colloid mill, the pulp particles in the mango juice are impacted and rubbed by each other due to the strong centrifugal force, so as to achieve the goal of homogenization.
4. The mango fruit enters oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other gases during juice extraction. Among them, nitrogen can cause oxidation of vitamin C and pigments. Therefore, it must be degassed.
