How the processing routes branch
The first preparation stages may be shared, but water, kernel, dry-product and oil routes separate quickly. The exact sequence depends on the finished product.

Raw coconut receiving and grading
Inspect, clean, sort and prepare the incoming coconuts before product-specific preparation.

Dehusking, deshelling, paring, size reduction, hygienic opening or liquid collection is selected as required.

Collection → filtration or clarification → optional concentration → validated thermal processing → filling or packing for the required distribution conditions

Kernel preparation → grinding and extraction → separation or standardization → mixing or homogenization → validated thermal processing → filling
Desiccated coconut
Kernel preparation → cutting or grinding → moisture conditioning and drying → cooling and grading → packing
Coconut oil
Raw-material preparation → extraction or separation → filtration and product conditioning → packaging
Across all projects, the design still considers receiving, primary preparation, separation or extraction, product conditioning, stabilization and filling or packing. The final sequence must be confirmed from the actual raw material, finished-product specification, packaging and operating conditions. Equipment should not be selected from a generic process flow alone.

What products can a complete coconut processing plant make?
Depending on the raw material and line configuration, a plant may produce coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, desiccated coconut or coconut oil. Start with the finished product you plan to sell, then confirm the raw material, packaging and capacity on its detailed solution page. A combined plant requires separate material balance, hygiene zoning and production-scheduling checks.
Can coconut water and coconut milk be produced in the same factory?
This can be evaluated because the water and kernel come from the same raw coconut, but the collection and kernel-processing routes separate early.
