Crushers are suitable for large-scale processing of fruits and vegetables. The crushers operates by rotating fly blades, which push the material forward while the fixed blades crush the material roughly. Then the crushed materials are driven by the ribs on the rotor to rotate at high speed. Meanwhile, the knife row on the stator further crushes the materials. The particle size is determined by the rotor's speed, the distance between the flying and fixed blades, and the blade spacing.
Crushers uses a series of hammers attached to a high-speed rotating shaft. As the material enters the machine, the rotating hammers strike and break it down. Crushed material falls through a screen, with smaller particles passing through and larger pieces remaining for further crushing. The particle size can be adjusted by the opening size of the screen and the gap between the hammer and the screen.
● The machine shall not be subject to shock or severe vibration during shipment.
● When the fruit crusher machine is installed, it is recommended to fix it with foot bolts, and when the ground quality is better, it can be fixed with expansion screws.
● After installation, remove the internal dirt of the machine, and check that the spindle rotates flexibly and has no jamming phenomenon.
● The housing should be filled with the appropriate amount of oil to lubricate the bearing. (Note: The oil in the housing must be changed frequently! Operation steps: first open the oil drain hole at the bottom of the housing, drain the dirty oil, and then inject oil from the upper part of the housing.)
● After the power supply is turned on, the motor steering must be checked to ensure that the motor steering is consistent with the steering mark of the machine, and the production can be started after it is correct.

The Main Functions of Pulper
Pulping
Effectively breaks down the pulp of the fruit, releasing the juice and pulp.
Fiber Breaking
Further pulverizes the coarse fiber in the fruit, creating a finer pulp.

Main Structure of Pulpers
Pulper is composed of a driver system, bearing block, sleeve, back and front cover, pulp blocking tray, cylinder, spline shaft, screen, scraper or beating bar, and rack, etc.
There are single track and double track two types. When use single track fruit coring and pulping machine to process stone fruits, just change to the corresponding rotor. The fruits is cored automatically, with the peel and pulp flowing to the next procedure. In terms of double-track fruit pulping machine, the two tracks adopt different rotors, which can separately carry out coring and pulping work, greatly improving the efficiency.
Basic Principles of Pulpers
The pulper machine consists of a feed hopper, a perforated drum, a set of blades or beaters, a mesh screen or sieve, and an outlet for the pulp and juice. The fruits are first washed and sorted before being fed into the hopper of the machine. The hopper is designed to hold a certain amount of fruit and prevent it from entering the drum too quickly. This ensures that the machine operates efficiently and avoids clogging or jamming.
As the fruit enters the drum, it is crushed and broken down into smaller pieces by the blades or beaters. The pulp and juice are then separated by passing through the mesh screen or sieve, which retains the larger particles of pulp while allowing the juice to pass through. The juice is collected in a container and can be further processed or packaged for consumption. The pulp is collected separately and can also be further processed or used for other purposes.
