Hammer Crusher Working Principle
Hammer crusher is mainly composed of motor, spindle, blade, bearing seat, chassis and frame.
The Hammer Crusher is driven by a motor to rotate the spindle, and the blades are distributed in the middle of the spindle (each group of 3 rows). When the spindle rotates, the hammer generates a great centrifugal force and inertia force at the same time. Under the double action of the two forces, the raw fruit entered by the feed port is rapidly broken, and the original fruit is broken from the lower half of the cylinder mesh into the next equipment.
During production, the pretreated material is directly input into the crusher from the front feed port through the pump or other conveying equipment, and the material is repeatedly hammered by the hammer, so that the material is finely broken into certain particles and discharged from the screen with water. The seeds and skin of the fruit are discharged from the discharge port to complete the crushing process.
The crushed particles are mainly controlled by the size and density of the mesh. Screen can be used to improve the rate of juice, slag discharge cleaner, juice more delicate.
