A1: The conventional concentration ratio is 6–8 times, corresponding to 60–65°Brix; if low-concentration concentrate is required, 5–6 times concentration (55–60°Brix) can be customized.

 

Q2: How does multi-effect evaporation avoid burnt taste in the concentrate?

A2: Adopting a falling-film evaporation structure, the juice forms a thin film on the inner wall of the heating tube for rapid evaporation, avoiding long-term stay in high-temperature areas, and controlling the evaporation temperature ≤60℃ to prevent carbonization of flavor substances.

 

Q3: How to store the concentrate if it is not used up after opening?

A3: After opening, it should be sealed and refrigerated immediately (5–10℃) and used within 30 days to avoid microbial contamination.
