We provide turnkey citrus essential oil extraction lines, covering the entire process from peel collection, cold pressing, oil-water separation to refining and storage. Citrus essential oil is widely used in food flavoring, beverages, fragrances, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals.

Cold Pressing Method (Peel Oil)
Citrus Reception → Cleaning & Disinfection→ Peel Separation → Cold Press Extraction → Centrifugal Separation → Fine Filtration → Filling → Storage
Core Functional Modules
- Cleaning & Disinfection Line: Equipped with ultrasonic cleaning and ozone disinfection devices to completely remove pesticide residues and microorganisms on the peel.
- Peel Separator: Mechanically separates citrus peel and pulp, the pulp can be used for juice production simultaneously to maximize resource utilization.
- Cold Press Extractor: Low-temperature grinding of peel (temperature ≤40℃), breaking oil sacs to release essential oil, extraction rate 0.3–0.5%.
- Centrifugal Separator: High-speed centrifugation (5000–8000 rpm) separates essential oil and water to obtain crude essential oil.
- Refining & Filtration: Removes impurities, ensures purity.
