A processing plant from Cameroon plans to put a tomato paste production line into operation. The raw material for processing is concentrated tomato paste, with a required production capacity of 200 kg per hour and the finished product packaging specification of 70g small sachets.

Chase Solution
Based on the production capacity and packaging requirements provided by the customer, engineers from Chase customized the production process. The complete line of equipment includes a material suction system, blending system, sterilization system, filling system, conveying system, post-sterilization system, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning system.
- Material Suction System: It can automatically convey concentrated tomato paste to the blending tanks.
- Blending Tanks: The two blending tanks have a total capacity of 1000L. Equipped with an approximately 1-meter-high operating platform and a half-clamshell tank structure, it facilitates workers to move up and down, monitor the mixing status at any time, and add blending ingredients.
- Tubular Sterilizer: After setting the sterilization temperature, it can automatically complete the sterilization process. The equipment is equipped with an unqualified material return device to ensure that the sterilization temperature of all materials meets the set value.
- Small Sachet Filling Machine: The specification can be set freely between 10-100g. The equipment automatically completes the processes of material discharging, filling, sealing, and coding. The conveyor belt can uniformly transport the packaged tomato paste to the material frames.
- Water Bath Sterilizer: It uses a sterilization tank for sterilization and a cooling tank for temperature reduction. The equipped traveling crane helps transport material frames between the two tanks, reducing the labor intensity of workers.
- CIP Cleaning System: It can perform acid-alkali cleaning and high-temperature disinfection on the equipment, ensuring that the interior of the equipment is safe, hygienic, and free of dead corners.
All equipment of the tomato paste blending line adopts button-type operation, which is simple and clear. Combined with the equipment manual and instructional videos provided by Shanghai Chase, workers can quickly master the entire line's operation process.
In addition, well-known brand parts are used for the equipment, such as Spirax Sarco's steam valve groups and Siemens' operating systems, which can effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
Project Follow-Up
This small-scale tomato paste blending line has been assembled and debugged in Chase's workshop, and the smooth operation of the entire line has been confirmed.
Furthermore, all pipelines are labeled, and assembly can be completed quickly by aligning the label numbers. The operation manual and pipeline connection videos have been provided to the Cameroonian customer, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the entire line of equipment in advance.
