This crushing and pulping system for the mixed fruit juice production line is the second set of fruit and vegetable juice processing equipment customized by the Vietnamese enterprise from Shanghai Chase, following the fruit juice sterilization system. Its production processes include: frozen fruit crushing, peeling and pitting, refined pulping, and vacuum degassing.
Customer Pain Point
The mixed fruit juice production line needs to be compatible with processing fruits and vegetables of different shapes and properties.
Chase Solution
According to the customer's requirements, the materials to be processed can be divided into three categories based on their properties: stone fruits, fresh melons and fruits, and frozen fruits. A transition distribution system is used to transport the materials to the following designated equipment.
First, for stone fruits, Shanghai Chase's patented equipment - the pitting and crushing machine - is used. It can complete the processes of peeling, pitting, and crushing, and is a dedicated device for hard-skinned and hard-pit fruits such as mangoes, peaches, plums, apricots, and passion fruits. Its production capacity of 5 T/H (tons per hour) is also particularly suitable for automated mixed fruit juice production lines.
Second, for fresh melons and fruits, the hammer crusher, a common piece of equipment in fruit juice processing lines, can handle the processing of various fruits and vegetables such as kumquats, carrots, tomatoes, and papayas, and the crushing particle size can be adjusted as needed.
Finally, for frozen fruits, the engineers designed a frozen fruit crusher with reference to the ice crusher process. The equipment is compact but has a large production capacity, and the crushing particle size can also be adjusted according to material requirements. In addition, after the equipment manufacturing was completed, we also verified the equipment process. The test results showed that the process fully meets the frozen fruit processing needs.
All the above crushed materials are pumped into the high-speed refined pulper. After completing the pulp-residue separation process, fine fruit pulp can be produced.
In addition, the pitting and crushing machine and the hammer crusher share one operating platform, which can also save floor space and investment costs.
