In 2023, our company successfully launched and put into operation a 3T/H coconut processing production line tailored for Indonesian customers. With precise capacity matching and stable operational performance, it has become a key support for local coconut product processing enterprises to improve efficiency.
Customer Pain Point
Indonesia, as a major global producer of coconuts, has previously faced challenges such as low manual processing efficiency, unstable production capacity, and insufficient product standardization. It urgently needs a production line that can achieve "large-scale processing+controllable quality", with a core demand for a processing capacity of 3 tons of coconuts per hour, covering the entire process from raw material processing to initial processing of finished products.
In response to this demand, our team went to the customer's factory in advance to conduct on-site surveys, combined with the characteristics of local coconut varieties (fiber content, fruit size) and the customer's finished product planning (coconut juice, coconut meat, coconut shell initial processing), and designed an integrated process of "pretreatment processing waste initial recycling".
Chase Solution
From the determination of the plan to the commissioning of the production line, our company fully controls the key nodes to ensure the smooth progress of the project:
- Customized production: Each device is manufactured with precision according to the 3T/H production capacity standard, and multiple rounds of linkage testing are conducted before leaving the factory to ensure the compatibility between individual machines and the overall production line;
- Safe transportation: Based on the characteristics of cross-border transportation, shockproof and moisture-proof packaging is adopted, and the equipment is loaded into containers in batches. The logistics progress is tracked throughout the process to ensure that the equipment arrives without damage;
- On site debugging: dispatch senior engineers to the site to guide equipment installation, pipeline connection, and system debugging;
- Personnel training: Provide practical training for customer teams, covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting, to ensure independent and efficient operation after production.
This project is another typical case of our company's coconut processing in Southeast Asia. In the future, we will continue to combine the industrial needs of different regions to provide more practical customized processing solutions, helping global agricultural product processing enterprises achieve efficient upgrading.
