The first cooperation between Shanghai Chase and the Vietnamese enterprise dates back to December 2016. Starting with a laboratory-scale crusher, we have successively provided the customer with belt presses, aseptic cold filling systems, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning systems.
In June this year, when the customer planned to put a canned coconut juice production line into operation, they once again purchased 3 belt presses from Shanghai Chase.

The belt press features strong pressing force and high juice yield. Meanwhile, it also has the advantages of energy conservation, high automation, automatic material feeding and discharging, continuous operation, strong versatility, sufficient pressure filtration (resulting in low moisture content of filter cakes), and easy operation and maintenance. It is a common piece of equipment in fruit and vegetable juice processing production lines.
This belt press can increase the juice yield by 20-35%, with the juice yield reaching as high as 70-80% (depending on the raw materials). All parts in contact with food are made of high-quality stainless steel and food-grade plastics. It is particularly suitable for large-capacity coconut meat pressing production lines.
Project Follow-Up
Among the 3 belt presses provided this time, 1 has a production capacity of 5 T/H (tons per hour), and the other 2 have a production capacity of 3 T/H each.
As the two parties have cooperated many times, over the past 6 years, we have also continuously answered the customer's questions and provided ongoing technical support. Therefore, the customer fully recognizes the equipment technology and service quality of Shanghai Chase.
