Project summary
The customer is a well established seabuckthorn processor in the Wutai Mountain area, producing seabuckthorn juice, oil and related health products. The customer first met the Shanghai Chase team at ProPak China in Shanghai while looking for a sterilization and aseptic filling system for its juice line.

Project requirements
- Add a 3T/H tubular UHT sterilizer to the existing seabuckthorn juice line.
- Fill the sterilized juice into aseptic bags.
- Connect the sterilizer and filler as one section of the existing line.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase supplied a 3T/H tubular UHT sterilizer and an aseptic bag filling machine. The filler connects directly to the sterilizer, forming one downstream section of the customer's existing seabuckthorn juice line.
Project outcome
The system remains in stable production. Shanghai Chase continues to provide spare parts and maintenance support, and the two companies have maintained a good working relationship.
