A processor in Daozhen, Guizhou, selected a 5T/H line for Rosa roxburghii enzyme products. The scope covered fruit preparation, juice extraction, product conditioning, sterilization and aseptic bag filling.

Engineering response
Shanghai Chase reviewed the factory layout before finalizing the line. The supplied equipment covered fruit preparation, juice extraction, product conditioning, thermal treatment and an aseptic bag filler with two filling heads. The equipment layout also accounted for drainage, steam supply and access inside the workshop.
Project outcome
After the equipment was positioned and connected, Shanghai Chase engineers supported the factory team during trial production.
