A customer in Qiandongnan, Guizhou planned to produce both Rosa roxburghii juice and preserved fruit. Shanghai Chase developed an integrated line with shared preparation equipment and separate product sections for the two products.

- Produce Rosa roxburghii juice at 5T/H and preserved fruit at 120 kg/h.
- Clean the thorny fruit without damaging the flesh.
- Share suitable preparation equipment between the two product routes.

Engineering response
Shanghai Chase designed a shared preparation section with separate downstream routes for juice and preserved fruit. The washing section used several cleaning stages suited to the fruit's thorny surface. The project also included operating guidance and training for the plant team.
Project outcome
The integrated line entered production with separate routes for Rosa roxburghii juice and preserved fruit.
