Customer challenge

The intended production area was on the second floor, and the transport route could not accept the sterilizer as one complete unit. The equipment had to be installable before it could be operable.

The customer still needed the sterilizer and bag-in-box filler to work as one practical package, with enough room for operation, maintenance and service.

Engineering response

Shanghai Chase divided the sterilizer into transportable sections. Module sizes, the movement route and the final assembly sequence were considered before installation, allowing the equipment to reach its operating position and be reassembled on site.

The sterilizer and bag-in-box filler were coordinated around product transfer, utilities, operator access and service clearance. The customer's beverage process settings are not published.

Project outcome

The public project record states that the equipment was installed and put into operation.

The sectional arrangement solved the transport and assembly constraint. No throughput or product-performance claim is made beyond the confirmed project record.

  • Confirm the largest module, lifting method and temporary handling space.
  • Check floor loading, final assembly clearance and maintenance access.
  • Define utilities and product connections before the equipment arrives.
