Customer challenge
The customer planned a 5 T/H apple NFC juice line within a limited production area. The project also needed to control investment while avoiding the reliability risks that can come from choosing equipment on price alone.
The required scope included compatibility for selected additional fruits, 20 L and 220 L aseptic-bag formats, and evaluation of whether existing idle equipment could be reused.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase carried out an on-site survey and used the confirmed workshop conditions to coordinate equipment placement, material movement and the interfaces between new and existing equipment.
The proposal separated equipment that could reasonably be retained from functions that required new supply. Packaging flexibility and site installation constraints were considered as part of the connected line rather than as isolated machine choices.
Project status
The project advanced through equipment production, delivery and on-site installation to final line inspection. The public project record issued in November 2025 stated that trial operation was still pending at that time.
The 5 T/H figure is the project design basis. Actual performance and product quality depend on the apple condition, confirmed product specification, operating settings and the validated equipment interfaces.
