Recently, the customized coconut production line developed by Shanghai Chase for its Indonesian client has completed the full-process delivery. Six 40-foot containers, loaded with advanced food processing equipment, set sail from domestic ports to Indonesia-soon to inject new momentum into the large-scale and intelligent production of the local coconut industry.
The delivered production line covers full-process equipment for coconut cleaning, shelling, pulp separation, juicing, sterilization, and filling. Optimized for the characteristics of coconut raw materials in Southeast Asia, it features advantages of high-efficiency production capacity and low energy consumption. Among them, core equipment such as UHT high-temperature sterilizers and aseptic filling machines adopt the company's independently developed technologies, helping the client quickly build an integrated processing system from raw materials to end products.
