First, mangoes are fed into the feeding hopper either via a conveyor belt or manually.
The material enters the circular screen from the feeding hopper, where it is crushed by the rotating crushing disc.
Driven by centrifugal force, the crushed mangoes are thrown to the inner wall of the cylindrical screen.
As the material moves between the beater plates and the cylindrical screen, it undergoes extrusion, friction, and shearing.
Fine pulp particles and juice flow out through the screen holes, while larger particles (such as peels and pits) are pushed toward the outlet end of the cylindrical screen by the beater plates and lead angle, and finally discharged through the residue discharge port.
