The seabuckthorn juice sterilization and aseptic filling production line shipped to Wutai Mountain this time consists of two sets of equipment.
One set is a full-automatic UHT shell and tube sterilizer with a capacity of 3 tons per hour (3T/H), paired with a 3T aseptic bag filling machine that is interlocked with it for production. The finished product of this set of equipment is seabuckthorn original juice filled into 2-220L aseptic bags.
After aseptic filling, the seabuckthorn original juice can be used for room-temperature temporary storage, transportation, and subsequent repackaging.
The other set is a small-sized UHT tube sterilizer with a capacity of 200 kilograms per hour (200KG/H), along with a full-automatic dual-head filling machine. This set is capable of processing seabuckthorn juice into 1L (adjustable) glass bottles.
