A fruit processor in Sichuan commissioned a 2-3T/H green plum processing line for juice, concentrate and packaged products. The integrated project covered fruit preparation, destoning and pulping, product conditioning, concentration, thermal processing and filling.

Customer challenge
Fresh green plums do not behave like a free-flowing juice material. During production trials, the dense pulp placed greater demands on transfer and filtration. The customer also planned several finished products, so the preparation, concentration, thermal processing and filling sections had to operate as one connected line rather than as separate pieces of equipment.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase reviewed how the dense green plum pulp moved through the complete line. The team coordinated destoning, pulping, product conditioning, filtration and transfer so that the downstream sections received a workable product. Equipment interfaces and operating settings were checked during staged commissioning, and the customer's operators were trained in start-up, cleaning and routine checks.
Project outcome
Following staged installation and material trials, the connected line completed commissioning. The final site check recorded normal equipment operation, completed operator training and a qualified project handover. The line was then released for production.
