Project summary
In 2021, Shanghai Chase supplied a 5T/H pumpkin processing line for a processor in Chengde, Hebei. The line handles fresh pumpkin washing and preparation, crushing and seed removal, UHT sterilization and aseptic bulk filling for pumpkin powder production.

- Plan the 5T/H line against a workshop layout that was still being finalized.
- Choose equipment within the available investment budget without losing the required line capacity.
- Prepare the project for an earlier production launch than originally planned.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase reviewed the available workshop area and drew an equipment layout for the customer to discuss with its technical team. The equipment selection included options at different investment levels, giving the customer a way to settle the layout and budget together rather than making either decision in isolation. The equipment was then installed and trial-operated at the site.
Project outcome
By 1 November 2021, installation and trial operation had been completed. The line then entered stable production.
