Production Process
The crushed pulp, juice and peel enter the Spiral Juice Extractor through the hopper, and the pitch decreases with the increase of the bottom diameter of the screw along the slag direction.
When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced, forming extrusion of the material. The direction of rotation of the screw is clockwise from the hopper to the slag trough.
When the raw material is added to the hopper and pressed under the screw propulsion, the squeezed juice flows through the filter into the bottom of the juicing rack, waste through the annular gap formed between the screw and the hopper discharge. The pressure regulating tapered section can be resized by moving the pressure regulating head along the axis.
Use clockwise (from the slag discharge tank of the equipment to the handwheel bearing seat at the end of the feeding barrel, the pressure regulating head is on the left side, the clearance is reduced, otherwise the clearance becomes larger) to change the size of the clearance, that is, adjust the slag discharge resistance.
The rate of discharge can vary, but if the clearance is too small, some of the slag particles and juice will be squeezed out through the filter along with the juice.
