Ozone can sterilize various fungi. It has been widely used abroad in the disinfection of water to deodorize and decolorize, etc. It is also very common to apply sterilization in the production of mineral water and pure water in China.
(2) Ultraviolet sterilizer When the microorganism is irradiated with ultraviolet light, the protein and nucleic acid of the microorganism absorb the energy of the ultraviolet spectrum, resulting in the denaturation of the protein and the death of the microorganism. Ultraviolet rays have a certain penetration ability to clean and transparent water, so it can disinfect the water. Ultraviolet sterilization cannot change the physical and chemical properties of water. It has fast sterilization, high efficiency, and no odor, so it is widely used.
