- Raw Material Cleaning And Sorting: After receiving the raw materials, the manual fruit inspection and double cleaning processes are simultaneously initiated. By combining brush spraying and bubbling spraying techniques, pesticide residues and surface impurities are efficiently removed, and defective and damaged fruits are precisely eliminated. This not only reduces raw material loss but also establishes the first line of defense for food safety.
- Crushing, Pulping, And Pressing : The low-temperature crushing and pulping process is adopted to minimize the oxidation and browning of the fruit pulp, fully preserving the original aroma and bright color of the apples. The supporting belt press achieves precise juice extraction, ensuring complete pressing without residue, and significantly improving the juice yield from raw materials (up to 75-80%).
- Fine Filtration And Purification, As Well As Quality Optimization:After being squeezed, the juice is initially filtered for impurities using a vibrating screen. After temporary storage, it enters the centrifugal purification process, significantly enhancing the smooth texture of the juice. The enzyme-inhibiting process is used to suppress oxidative browning, preserving the bright and fresh color for a long time. Then, it undergoes homogenization treatment to ensure product stability and prevent layer separation.
- Sterilization, Filling, And Aseptic Assurance: Ultra-high temperature (UHT) technology effectively kills microorganisms, and combined with aseptic filling equipment, it allows the sterilized juice to be packaged in a sealed and sterile environment, ensuring that the product can be stored for a long time without refrigeration. The independently configured CIP (Cleaning in Place) cleaning system completely eliminates cross-contamination and guarantees consistent quality throughout the entire process.
