Project summary
A fruit processor in Weihai commissioned a 5T/H line for apples and pears. Because the available workshop was compact, Shanghai Chase reviewed the site and production drawings, then arranged the equipment around the usable floor area. The line was installed, commissioned and placed into production, with operator guidance provided on site.

Project requirements
- Process apples and pears at 5T/H.
- Fit the connected equipment into the customer's existing compact workshop.
- Plan material flow, operating access and equipment spacing around the building layout.
- Support installation, commissioning and operator training.
Customer challenge
The customer had limited usable floor area for a complete apple and pear line. Equipment could not simply be placed in process order. The layout also had to leave practical access for operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase's chief engineer and sales manager inspected the workshop and reviewed the construction drawings with the customer. The team then coordinated the equipment sequence, positions and working clearances before finalizing the process layout. Installation support and operator guidance continued through start-up.
Project outcome
The 5T/H apple and pear line was installed and put into production. On-site training helped the customer's operators become familiar with the equipment, and the completed project was accepted by the customer.
