Customer challenge
The customer wanted to use the same line across several harvest seasons. Each fruit has different skin, seeds and pulp characteristics, so the equipment had to suit more than one raw material.
The line also needed to allow changes between fruits without major equipment modifications each season.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase identified which equipment could process several fruits and where each fruit needed dedicated equipment. This allowed the customer to share suitable equipment while meeting the handling requirements of each fruit.
The layout provided access for cleaning and operation, with connections to the equipment further along the line. The design accounted for what operators would need to do when changing products.
Project outcome
Installation and commissioning were completed, and production started in July 2026.
The line was designed for 5T/H. Actual throughput depends on the fruit, its condition and the finished product.
