This South Asia project covers coconut water filtration and clarification before sterilization and filling. Shanghai Chase supplied the main process sections and supported the site team during operating review. The review examined how filtration temperature affected clarity, filter loading and usable flow. The work focused on a practical clarification route that could support both product appearance and continuous operation.

Engineering approach
The site review compared two conditions for fine filtration, one after preheating and the other after cooling. Cooling helped clarification in the recorded trial. At the same time, filter loading rose faster and usable flow fell sooner because the coconut fat was less fluid.
Clarity was only one operating target. The review also covered filter service life, consumable use, flow stability, holding time before sterilization and microbial control. This kept the filtration decision tied to the full process.
Project outcome
In a later phase, the customer added aseptic carton filling for retail packaging. The finished coconut water passed SGS testing and obtained Halal certification.
