Our lines are designed for industrial-scale production, with daily capacities typically ranging from 100 tons/day for regional factories to 1,000 tons/day for large integrated plants. Both Hot Break (85–95℃) and Cold Break (65–75℃) technologies are available, ensuring flexibility for producing tomato paste with different viscosity and flavor profiles.

The final concentrate can reach Brix 28–30% or 36–38%, suitable for both domestic distribution and export. Combined with UHT sterilization and aseptic filling, shelf life can be extended to 12–24 months at ambient temperature.
