Customer challenge
Fresh Rosa roxburghii required several preparation and juice treatment stages before it could be used for oral liquid production. The main task was to connect these stages into a workable line while keeping the route clear for the plant team.
Engineering response
After reviewing the project on site, Shanghai Chase developed an integrated route covering fruit reception, branch and leaf removal, washing, crushing and juice extraction, clarification, degassing, thermal treatment and filling. The equipment was configured around the customer's 3T/H requirement.
Project outcome
The final project configuration established a complete equipment route from fresh fruit preparation to filled oral liquid products, with the main processing sections planned as one coordinated line.
