Process selected wolfberries into juice at 3 T/H.

Customer challenge
The customer used selected, plump wolfberries for juice, but manual sorting was slow and inconsistent. The grading section therefore had a direct effect on both line capacity and the quality of the fruit entering the juice process.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase designed an automatic sorting unit in food-grade 304 stainless steel with two-stage grading. The configuration was set up to remove unsuitable fruit before it entered the juice processing section.
The customer brought wolfberries to the Shanghai Chase factory for a material trial. The sorting result was checked with the customer before the equipment configuration was confirmed.
Project outcome
The customer confirmed that the graded fruit met the requirement for wolfberry juice processing. After start-up, the line reached the required capacity and produced juice with the expected color and taste.
