The customer is from Guazhou, Gansu Province, a professional high-tech company dominated by the agricultural industry, integrating planting, R&D, production, packaging and sales. As one of the company's main industries, organic red wolfberries currently only have dried wolfberries as their processed product. Therefore, the customer planned to add a high-quality wolfberry juice production line with a capacity of 3T/H (3 Tons per Hour) in 2019 to increase the production volume and sales of the wolfberry processing project.
Customer Pain Point
Only high-quality wolfberries are used for wolfberry juice processing, but manual screening is time-consuming and inefficient.
Chase Solution
After multiple communications with the customer, Chase engineers customized an automatic wolfberry sorting device for the customer. The frame and plates are made of 304 stainless steel, and the device can perform secondary grading to screen out more high-quality and plump wolfberry fruits. After the customer brought materials to Chase's factory for a test run, they stated that the fruits screened by the machine fully met the processing requirements for wolfberry juice.
Project Follow-up
After the project was put into production, the equipment operated well, the output met the standard, and the processed finished products had excellent color and taste. The customer stated that they planned to put multiple agricultural product processing lines into production and would establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with Shanghai Chase.
