The customer from Daozhen County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province plans to put a rose hip enzyme processing production line into operation. The raw material for processing is fresh rose hips, and the required production capacity is 5 tons per hour.
Customer Pain Point
The entire rose hip industry chain is a key poverty alleviation project in Guizhou Province, so rose hips are widely cultivated throughout the province, and Daozhen County is no exception. While the joy of a bumper rose hip harvest is evident, how to convert the freshly harvested rose hips into economic value has become the top priority of the entire rose hip industry chain. The processing plants in Daozhen County urgently needed a set of equipment for the rose hip enzyme processing production line, and thus turned to Shanghai Chase.
Chase Solution
Our Chief Engineer went to the site in Guizhou to discuss and confirm the equipment process flow of the rose hip enzyme processing production line together with the customer.
Covering the entire process from raw material receiving, branch and leaf removal, cleaning and lifting, to crushing and juicing, clear juice filtration, then degassing and sterilization, and finally aseptic filling, the engineer customized each piece of equipment according to the production requirements.
Based on the construction drawings of the production workshop, the engineer conducted a detailed analysis of the equipment layout. For instance, drainage ditches were installed in the raw juice workshop, allowing rose hip residues and impurities that fall to the ground during production to be directly washed into the ditches. A filter screen was installed at the end of the main ditch to prevent blockage by debris.
Regarding the customer's filling needs, the engineer recommended the use of a double-head aseptic bag filling machine, and the packaging specifications could be set according to actual requirements. Through in-depth communication with the customer, the engineer successfully customized a reasonable equipment process flow plan tailored to the customer's specific needs.
