In 2019, Wanquan Township introduced a new variety - Danxia Crisp Pear. The yield per mu is 3,000 kg to 4,000 kg (6,000 jin to 8,000 jin), and every mu of land achieves a high yield. At present, the government of Wanquan Township is in urgent need of a large number of equipment for pear paste and pear juice processing production lines to convert these high-quality pears into output value.
Chase Solution
First of all, we customized a detailed process plan according to the customer's production needs. The chief engineer went to Wanrong County in person to communicate and explain to the customer. From small transition hoppers to large instantaneous sterilizers, and from cleaning and conveying to crushing and pressing, the purpose of each piece of equipment was introduced in detail, and its application effect in previous projects was demonstrated one by one.

At present, the pear juice concentration production line has been put into use, and the customer reports that it operates stably.
