The customer from Indonesia plans to put a coconut processing production line into operation. The raw material for processing is coconuts, and the production capacity needs to reach 10,000 pieces per hour. The line includes six workshops: coconut pre-processing, coconut juice blending and sterilization, coconut milk processing, coconut shred processing, coconut oil processing, and coconut juice/milk filling. The customer expects the production line to operate efficiently and stably to meet its production needs.
Customer Pain Point
As it is a new factory, the customer requires us to design and manufacture the entire set of the production line.
Chase Solution
Our chief engineer and sales manager went to the site in person to inspect the factory layout and the actual conditions of the workshops. They also held multiple video conferences with the customer to discuss the production line design scheme, and continuously revised and improved it until the equipment process flow of the coconut processing production line was finalized.
Covering the complete coconut processing process-from coconut pre-processing, coconut juice blending and sterilization, coconut milk processing, coconut shred processing, coconut oil processing to coconut juice/milk filling-our engineers customized each processing equipment according to the production requirements.
Before delivery, we conducted careful inspections to ensure the equipment could operate stably and efficiently. Then we packed each piece of equipment carefully, loaded them into containers, and shipped them across the ocean to the customer.
We dispatched the chief engineer to the site to guide the installation in person. After the installation was completed, we sent additional electrical engineers to the site to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the production line.
