Project requirements
- Process bag-in-drum concentrated tomato paste into finished tomato sauce at 7 tons per day.
- Blend the concentrated paste to the required recipe and sauce consistency.
- Connect paste feeding, blending, tin can filling and seaming as one production flow.
- Provide a practical layout and operating sequence for the customer's workshop.
Engineering response
Shanghai Chase configured the line around bag-in-drum tomato paste. The process begins with paste unloading and feeding, followed by recipe blending, tin can filling and seaming. Equipment and interfaces were selected to maintain steady product transfer and a practical operating sequence across the complete line.
Project outcome
After manufacturing and commissioning, the line was delivered and installed in Saudi Arabia. It was brought into operation as a 7-ton-per-day tomato sauce blending and canning line, using bag-in-drum concentrated tomato paste as the starting material.
